Mrs. Flynn has over 40 years in the field of Education, with experience as an inclusionary consultant, resource room and self-contained special educator. She has extensive background in developing curriculum and programming for, and assessment of students with disabilities – all exceptionalities and additional experience with students who are gifted and talented or twice exceptional. She has spent over 25 years as a Special Education and Elementary Administrator and has over 1000 hours of additional training in best practices, ASD, Learning Disabilities, Gifted and Talented and Transition, Young Adult needs, Assessment, Coaching and Administration. Mrs. Flynn is a past president of The Council for Exceptional Children – NH.

Philip “Kip” Deese-Laurent

Mr. Deese-Laurent has 35 years experience in the field of Education and Counseling. He has worked with students and young adults from Grade 1 through college and beyond. He has been a counselor in educational settings, as well as private settings. For the past 15 years he has dedicated over half of his practice to students and young adults with ASD. Mr. Deese-Laurent has provided support groups, social skills development, workshops, coaching and consultation. He is the past president of AANE- NH. Staff Development Focus: over 300 hours in ASD.

She has worked in New Hampshire providing cognitive/intellectual assessments, academic assessments, executive function assessments, and autism assessments. Her area of interests include; Autism Spectrum Disorders, Anxiety, ADHD, Anger Management, Non-Verbal Learning Disorders and Executive Functioning Disorders.
