North Star Education Prep Services


North Star Prep Services, for post secondary offer a wide-range of opportunities to explore both post-secondary education and career options for students who are not quite sure which path or paths are best suited for them. Students entering this service with a strong preference to use the service as a launch pad for either college or employment will have the opportunity to explore both as they wish; as well the opportunity to tailor their courses and seminars toward their chosen path. The breadth of the courses and seminars in conjunction with a commitment to meeting individual needs allows the preparatory service to be personalized. This service, addresses clients who have or will have a high school diploma or GED, but may also have challenges in executive functioning, academic learning, social thinking/communication, emotional regulation and /or functional independent skills. Clients may be diagnosed with disorders such as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Anxiety, Depression, Specific Learning Disability, Social Communication Disorder, Non-Verbal Learning Disorder, Asperger Syndrome or High Functioning Autism. This service is appropriate for individuals ages 18-25.

Classes are held at Camp Allen in Bedford, New Hampshire.
